1 cup raw cashew pieces
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbs. yeast flakes

tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. dill weed
¼ cup pimientos
1 Tbs. corn starch
3-4 cups fresh
chopped broccoli, lightly steamed
Blend all ingredients except broccoli on high speed, using ½ the water; add rest of water and
cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender. Sauce can also be used
to make macaroni and "cheese".)
