12 oz firm tofu
1/2 c celery, chopped fine
1/4 c red onion, chopped fine
1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/4 c soy mayonnaise
1/3 c black olives, chopped fine
1/4 c red pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c pickle, chopped fine
1 Tbs fresh savory, chopped fine
Salt to taste
 
Mix all ingredients together and serve on whole-grain bread!
