6 medium sweet potatoes (3 lbs, or 4 18-oz cans) cooked, drained and cut
Cook for 3 minutes: 4 medium apples, cored & sliced
4 Tbs apple juice
2 Tbs frozen apple juice concentrate
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4
tsp nutmeg
Stir in the cooked sweet potatoes.
Heat until apples are tender, basting with sauce.
