2 cups mayonnaise or soy mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup pimiento
1 Tbs Gravy Quik or G Washington broth
2 tsp turmeric dissolved in a little water
1/2 to 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano

 

Mix and let stand at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Combine dressing with Big Franks, Linketts, Rediburger, or other vegetarian hot dogs or ground burger substitutes to make a sandwich spread.
