1/2 head iceberg lettuce,
torn 1 bunch romaine lettuce, torn 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 3 green onions, thinly sliced 6-8 radishes, sliced
3 tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges each 12-18 Greek or black olives, optional Feta cheese or vegan cheese, crumbled,

1. Arrange greens in center
of large platter. (For the most authentic and delicious Greek salad, choose a wooden platter and rub it with garlic before
arranging greens.) 2. Cover greens with row of sliced cucumbers. 3. Sprinkle cucumbers with sliced green onions. 4.
Surround cucumbers with sliced radishes. 5. Encircle edge of platter with tomato wedges. 6. Garnish with olives and
sprinkle with feta cheese or vegan cheese, if desired. Serve with Lemon-Garlic Dressing.
Serves 6-8.
