Crockpot Black Bean and Rice Soup

1 medium onion, chopped
3 carrots, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1-1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 16 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 14-1/2 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 14-1/2 oz. cans broth
1-1/2 cups cooked rice

Combine all ingredients except rice in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 3 to 4 hours). Add cooked rice before serving. 8 servings.
