1 cup almonds
Boiling water to cover
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbs. Sucanat or other liquid sweetener
 
Drop the almonds into boiling water. Boil 10 seconds. Turn off the heat and let the almonds stand 2-3 minutes. Drain water. Remove the skins and discard. Combine the almonds with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1-2
minutes. Strain through a cheesecloth.
