A delightful dip or sauce for fresh strawberries, peaches
and every kind of summer berry!
6 ounces silken firm tofu (about 3/4 cup) 1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream
cheese 1 Tbs almond extract 2 Tbs vanilla soy milk
Mix all ingredients
in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve as dips for fresh fruit or spoon over fresh fruit salad.
