A delightful dip or sauce for fresh strawberries, peaches and every kind of summer berry!
 
6 ounces silken firm tofu (about 3/4 cup)
1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese
1 Tbs almond extract
2 Tbs vanilla soy milk
2 Tbs honey

Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve as dips for fresh fruit or spoon over fresh fruit salad.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Serving size: 1/4 cup. Per serving: 94 calories, 1 g fat, 0 g sat fat, 7 g protein, 11 g carbohydrate, 240 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol, 0 g fiber
